Use of the portal is subject to ICAN Eastern Zone programme, registration, payment, attendance, publication and governance rules.

Registrations and payments

A registration is confirmed only after the portal records the required successful payment or an authorised complimentary/free registration. Refunds and transfers remain subject to the published rules for the relevant programme.

Member-only content

Protected live sessions, recordings, publications and governance materials may not be redistributed without authorisation.

Election module

Any live election must be separately configured, tested and approved under the applicable election rules before voting is enabled.

This starter text must receive legal and governance approval before production launch.
