This portal is designed to collect only information needed for event registration, professional education, payments, certificates, governance access and related services.

Information we process

Account and contact details, ICAN membership information, registrations, payment references, attendance, certificate records and role assignments may be processed where required for the service.

Protected areas

Governance documents, paid learning content and administrative records are access-controlled. Payment card details are not stored by this application; payments are completed through the configured payment provider.

Production review

This starter notice must be reviewed and approved by ICAN Eastern Zone before public launch and updated with the final data controller contact, retention periods and applicable Nigerian privacy disclosures.
